"Harvest Promise" or "Tbilisoba"

“Harvest Promise” is a celebration of abundance, tradition, and the quiet transformation that takes place between field and cellar.

Baskets of freshly picked grapes dominate the canvas — plump, sun-warmed, and bursting with color. Their purples, blues, and greens shimmer under thick, textured strokes of paint, inviting the viewer to feel the weight and sweetness of the harvest. Nestled among them, a bottle of wine rests like a secret kept by the earth — a whisper of what these fruits will become.

Two glasses of red wine glisten nearby, catching the light with ruby warmth. They speak of pause, of joy, of the moment when hands rest and hearts toast. Behind them, wooden barrels stand ready — guardians of the next chapter, where juice will turn to memory, and labor into legacy.

Painted with bold, juicy strokes and vibrant colors, the piece evokes not just the beauty of the grape harvest, but its deeper meaning: the rhythm of nature, the reward of patience, and the quiet magic of creation. It’s a painting full of scent and sunlight, touch and taste — almost alive in its ripeness.

"Harvest Promise"

by Veranika Khvorashch

The day is warm, the sun is low,
Baskets brim with ruby glow.
Grapes just picked, their skins still shine,
A promise held in every vine.

Two glasses stand with crimson grace,
Like hearts that rest in quiet place.
A bottle tucked among the green,
Hints at the wine that soon will be seen.

The barrels wait with wooden pride,
To hold the time that dwells inside.
The juice will darken, rich and deep,
While vineyards fold themselves to sleep.

This moment hums with earth and fire,
With labor, joy, and old desire.
For in the harvest’s vivid art,
We taste the soul, we drink the heart."
